About This Project

The Metrics Portal is a comprehensive purchase order management system designed to streamline communication and documentation for enterprise users. Through extensive user research and iterative design, we created an analytics-driven platform that provides real-time insights while maintaining an intuitive interface. The design system was built from the ground up to ensure consistency across all modules and support future scalability. This project transformed fragmented workflows into a unified, efficient system that empowered teams to make data-driven decisions.

The Challenge

Users struggled with fragmented purchase order workflows across multiple systems, leading to communication breakdowns and documentation errors. The existing interface lacked analytics capabilities and modern design standards, resulting in decreased productivity and user frustration.

We conducted user interviews with 15+ stakeholders, mapped current workflows, and designed a unified portal that integrates all PO management functions.
